Represented the seller

These sellers saw my sign down the road. They were weighing whether to sell or rent the property out again — it had been a rental for the past few years, the last tenancy hadn't gone well, and they were worried about putting someone else in there after the extensive renovations they'd just finished: fresh paint throughout, all new flooring, an updated bathroom, a refreshed kitchen with new countertops, and new ceiling fans and light fixtures.

Midland April 2026

Represented the buyer

The client who referred me this buyer had been on the other side of a deal from me — I represented the buyer when he sold his property. Later he referred me to his soon-to-be wife when they bought their home together, and then he referred me to a coworker as well. He really did go the extra mile to send people my way, which was such a blessing.

Represented the buyer

Sometimes an out-of-town lender pre-approves a buyer and has no agent to refer them to. That was the case here. This lender simply Googled, trying to find a Realtor in Midland who could help her already-approved client. She told me she'd tried over seven agents and not one of them answered the phone. Thankfully, I did.

Represented the buyer

Sometimes when buyers reach out about a property, they think they're reaching the listing agent. In reality, they're often redirected to a buyer's agent. That's exactly what happened here. Once I cleared up the confusion, we talked through what they actually needed. The property they had called about wasn't available, but I counseled them and found one that was a better fit.

Referred the buyer

It's a blessing to work for a company with referral partners all across the United States. I was able to connect my Woodway seller with a buyer's agent well positioned to help them find their dream property on the lake.

Represented the seller

This seller knew plenty of Realtors and had used several over the years — she owned multiple properties. We went to the listing appointment, signed all the paperwork, and then the timing turned out not to be right. She cancelled before we ever hit the market.

Fort Davis September 2025

Represented the buyer

I do keep a schedule for staying in touch with past clients — market reports and the like. But some of the best conversations aren't on any calendar. I reach out when I think of someone, because I genuinely care about them, and sometimes that turns into a referral later.
